Payroll deduction changes required under the new COVA Care statewide healthcare plan will be reflected in Old Dominion University employees' 7/16/03 paycheck.

Changes - depending on the COVA Care option that you elected - will be made to your health care deduction amounts, federal, state and fica tax amounts and in your net pay.

For individuals who have elected additional optional group life insurance coverage, the VRS Board of Trustees unanimously approved a proposal from Minnesota Life Insurance Company to reduce optional life insurance premium rates for employee and spouse coverage and to increase benefits for each eligible dependent child.

These premium reductions will be reflected in your 7/16/03 paycheck.
