INDULGE IN GREAT OLD DOMINION DESSERT CONTEST TODAY

Faculty and staff will have an opportunity to sample the culinary skills of their co-workers Tuesday, July 9 at The Great Old Dominion Dessert Contest at noon in Webb Center, near the bookstore.

The contest is sponsored by the Office of the President.

Prizes will be given for:
-- The most popular dessert: The People's Choice
-- The best chocolate dessert: The dessert to die for
-- The best fruit dessert: The dessert which can claim to be healthy
-- The best presentation: The Old Dominion Classic
-- The best of the South: This could refer to the region or the direction a souffle sometimes takes inadvertently.

A panel of judges will select the winners, but free samples will be available for all.
