ART FESTIVAL SATURDAY AT CONSTANT CENTER

Norfolk Public Schools will present a free Fine Arts Festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Old Dominion University's Ted Constant Convocation Center.

The event is part of the Virginia Waterfront WAVE. Talents of students in the visual arts, band, orchestra and vocal music programs will be showcased with musical performances, marching bands, demonstrations and hands-on activities. Information: 628-3333.
