CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS EXTENDED TO EVENINGS

Administrative services offices in Rollins Hall have extended their hours to 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during weekdays.

Customer service is available Monday through Friday for general information, registration, financial aid and student accounts, excluding university holidays, days preceding holiday weekends and commencement.

The new hours will be particularly helpful to students at distant sites and in other time zones.

A broad range of services is available, including application status checks, review of accounts and holds, PIN code information, entrance and exit loan counseling, and transcript request procedures. Inquiries may be made by phone, fax or e-mail.

The Office of Admissions is open to until 7 pm. Tuesday and Wednesday and offers tours at 11 a.m. Saturday.
