PERKSCARDS AVAILABLE AT H.R., BENEFITS OFFICES

If you were unable to attend the PerksCard rollout Tuesday, cards may be picked up at Benefits Office, HR II, on 49th Street or go to Human Resources I on 48th St.

To register your card, you are asked to give your personal e-mail. If you do not want to do that, you can use the following to register your card:

Username: VASTATE@Perkscard.com
Password: VASTATE

For employees whose offices are not here on campus, the PerksCards will be sent to you via interagency mail if you request it because you do not come to campus at all.
