DEADLINE FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR HEALTH BENEFITS AND FLEXIBLE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS IS MAY 16
Old Dominion University employees eligible to enroll in or change their health care plan can do so until Monday, May 16. The effective date for all those who enroll or make changes is Saturday, July 1.
The current issue of Spotlight, recently sent to staff and faculty members' campus e-mail address, has information on what changes to expect and enrollment instructions concerning health benefits. Please read carefully.
Eligible employees can enroll online using EmployeeDirect or by submitting completed paper Health Benefits Enrollment form.
Those who wish to enroll in a medical and/or dependent care flexible reimbursement account, must enroll for the new plan even if they are currently enrolled in a flexible reimbursement account. Re-enrollment in a flexible reimbursement account is not automatic.
