SALUTE TO GORA SET FOR TODAY
Faculty and staff will gather this afternoon to salute Jo Ann M. Gora who is stepping down as provost and vice president for academic affairs.
A reception will be held from 3:30-5 p.m. in the North Cafeteria, Webb University Center.
Gora has been at Old Dominion since 1992. She is leaving to head the University of Massachusetts at Boston as chancellor. David Hager, associate vice president for academic affairs, will serve as acting provost while a search is conducted.
