CAL PHYSICS FACULTY MEMBER TO DELIVER LECTURE THURSDAY

Dmitry Budker of the University of California will deliver the College of Sciences Distinguished Visitors Lecture at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 25, in room 102 of the Mills Godwin Jr. Life Sciences Building.

Budker will discuss "Putting a Spin on Atoms and Light: Trying to Build a Sensitive Compass, Test Fundamental Symmetries and Avoid 'Surprises' That Should Not Be."
