NAUTICUS DIRECTOR TO SPEAK IN ODU MARITIME INSTITUTE SERIES APRIL 28

Richard Conti, director of Nauticus will talk about the $42 million cruise ship terminal to be built in Norfolk as part of Old Dominion University's Maritime Institute series at 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 28. Reservations are required.

The breakfast talk, sponsored by the International Maritime, Ports and Logistics Management Institute at Old Dominion and the ODU Student Propeller Club, costs $10. All proceeds support the Student Propeller Club.

The series is a joint effort between ODU and Nauticus to focuses on pressing issues for senior executives in maritime commerce. This new venture will bridge the gap between academia and industry with special emphasis on port security and sustainable economic development.
