ODU SYMPHONY TRIBUTE TO RUSSELL STANGER
The Old Dominion University Symphony, under the direction of Leslie Stewart, presents a concert honoring Russell Stanger at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 23, in the University Theater.
The concert will open with the Overture to "William Tell" by Rossini. Concerto competition winner Jeff Roberts will perform the Hummel Trumpet Concerto. Maestro Stanger will guest conduct the orchestra in Brahms Academic Festival Overture.
