BACHELOR OF FINE ARTS CANDIDATE EXHIBITION
Old Dominion University bachelor of fine arts senior candidate Cynthia Green will have her artwork displayed at the YWCA of Norfolk from Friday, April 29, through Friday, May 6.
The student's exhibition fulfills one of the final requirements for graduation with an ODU bachelor of fine arts degree.
Green's exhibition, "Altered States," will officially open with a reception from 6-9 p.m. Friday, April 29. Her photography is an exploration of human perception and its function in interpretation of visual elements. It examines how interpretation of these elements, based on past experiences, results in the comprehension of form.
The YWCA, located at 5215 Colley Ave., is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exhibit and reception is free and open to the public. For more information, call 589-5663.
