Charles H. Kruger of the mechanical engineering department of Stanford University discusses "Non-Equilibrium Discharges in Air Plasmas at Atmospheric Pressure" as part of the Old Dominion Department of Physics' Fall Colloquium Series at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in room 200 of the Oceanography and Physics Building.
