CHANELE BRYANT NAMED STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE TO BOARD OF VISITORS
Chanele Bryant, a sophomore business management major from Northern Virginia, was announced on Friday, April 6, as the student representative to the Old Dominion University Board of Visitors for 2007-08.
The student representative serves a one-year term as a nonvoting, advisory member of the board. To be eligible for the position, a student must have successfully completed at least 15 semester hours of coursework at Old Dominion and possess and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
Bryant graduated in the top 5 percent of her class at Potomac Senior High School in Dumfries, Va., and was awarded a full academic scholarship to attend ODU.
