GRADUATE PROGRAM DIRECTORS TRAVEL TO KOREA
John Heyl, executive director of international programs, led a group of faculty graduate program directors to Korea over spring break, March 2-10.
The goal of the trip was to familiarize participants with opportunities for graduate student recruitment and creative partnerships with educational institutions in Korea. In addition, the group had dinner with Korean alumni March 8 in Seoul.
Participants included Kae Chung, business and public administration;Oktay Baysal, engineering and technology; Janet Bing, arts and letters; Laurel Garzon, health sciences; Steve Tonelson, education; and Anne Geyer and Bill Thompson, English Language Center.
