FILIPINO AMERICAN STUDIES LECTURE SET FOR MARCH 28
Luis H. Francia will read from his book and give a talk on "Being American in the Philippines, Being Filipino in America: Shadows of Colonialism in the Present Moment" Thursday, March 28, for the Manuel A. Viray Filipino American Studies Lecture Series.
Sponsored by the Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity, in cooperation with the Asian Studies Program, the talk begins at 3 p.m. in the Burgess Room of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.
Refreshments will be provided.
