ODU GRADUATE'S WORK TO BE DISPLAYED AT THE HERMITAGE FOUNDATION GALLERY

Old Dominion University graduate DeAnna Casey will have her photography displayed at the Hermitage Foundation Gallery April 7-11 in the museum's second-floor changing gallery.

"Face It: Recent Portraits by DeAnna Casey" will officially be opened with a reception, open to the public, from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, April 7. Casey's work features portrait photography, utilizing various photographic techniques to explore formal elements of the human figure, emphasizing the individuality of her subjects.

Casey's work is part of a series of exhibitions at the Hermitage Foundation Gallery that focuses on up-and-coming artists. Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for ages 6-18 and free for museum members, ages 6 and under, and active duty military. For more information call 423-2052 or visit http://www.hermitagefoundation.org.
