FACULTY OFFERED OPPORTUNITY TO TEACH IN JAPAN, APPLICATIONS DUE TODAY
The University of Kitakyushu in Japan has offered Old Dominion University the opportunity to send one professor to teach American Society/American Culture to their students this summer.
Three classes per day, including Saturdays and Sundays, will be conducted from Aug. 18-22. The professor will teach a series of 15 classes. Housing will be provided by the University of Kitakyushu and airfare will be provided by the Office of International Programs.
Recent participants in the program include: Joseph Cosco (2005), Jonathan Appel (2004) and Stacey Plichta (2003). The program is open to full-time faculty from any relevant discipline.
