THETA CHI HONORED WITH THE HAMPTON ROADS VOLUNTEER AWARD
The Old Dominion University chapter of Theta Chi has been named a Hampton Roads Volunteer Achievement Award winner by Volunteer Hampton Roads. The group will be honored Wednesday, April 26 at a ceremony at the Norfolk Mariott Waterside.
Theta Chi was recognized for their continual support of For Kids, nonprofit organization designed to help underprivileged children in the region.
Volunteer Hampton Roads is a resource center that works with more than 500 nonprofit organizations in the region to strengthen the community by connecting people with volunteer opportunities. The organization brings together nonprofits, businesses, faith communities, government agencies, civic groups, schools and volunteers to identify and meet the region's critical needs.
