ODU ART PROFESSOR FEATURED ON NATIONAL RADIO SHOW "DESIGN MATTERS" TODAY

Kenneth FitzGerald, associate professor of art, will be the guest on the web radio show "Design Matters with Debbie Millman" at 3 p.m. Friday, March 17.

"Design Matters" is an opinionated and provocative talk radio show that combines a stimulating point of view about graphic design, branding and topics of timely cultural consequence. According to its producers, it "explores the challenging and compelling canvas of today's design world ... with some of today's design superstars.

A member of the Old Dominion faculty since 2001, Fitzgerald teaches classes in graphic design. Prior to joining ODU, he taught at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and Montserrat College of Art. He earned a bachelor of fine arts in ceramics and a master of fine arts in design from the Massachusetts College of Art.
