ISENHOUR ARTICLE IN FRIDAY'S TIMES-DISPATCH

An opinion piece by Thomas Isenhour, provost and vice president for academic affairs at Old Dominion University, appears in Friday's edition of The Richmond Times-Dispatch.

In the article, titled "Economic Development: Virginians Want Higher Ed Funded," Isenhour argues for increased funding of higher education institutions. At ODU, for example, 21 percent of state funding has been lost while enrollments have increased by more than 10 percent, he said.
