ODU RANKED IN MAGAZINE'S 'BEST OF' POLL

Old Dominion University's new Ted Constant Convocation Center has been named one of the "Best Things to Happen to Hampton Roads in 2002" in the current issue of Hampton Roads Monthly, "the city and lifestyle magazine of Hampton Roads."

In that category, the convocation center was listed no. 2 behind the defeat of the road tax referendum and ahead of post-9/11 unity in the magazine's annual "Best and Worst" issue.
