Scott King, director of international student and scholar services at Old Dominion University, was quoted in Sunday's New York Times regarding a new federally mandated electronic tracking system for international students.

In "I.N.S. Extends Start Date for System Tracking Foreign Students," reporter Diana Jean Schemo quotes King on some of the problems Old Dominion has encountered in using the system. King notes that the system came to a crawl in the afternoons when the West Coast schools had logged on to it.
