SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CFO OF DUPONT
TO SPEAK TODAY AT ECONOMICS CLUB
Gary Pfeiffer, senior vice president and chief financial officer of DuPont, will be the guest speaker for the Old Dominion University Economics Club of Hampton Roads luncheon Wednesday, Feb. 8.
Co-sponsored by Old Dominion's College of Business and Public Administration, the luncheon will begin at noon at the Norfolk Marriott Waterside Hotel. The cost is $30 for non-members. Due to limited space, reservations are required and can be made by calling 683-4058.
After joining the company in 1974, Pfeiffer served as treasurer of DuPont in Brazil, regional director of Asia Pacific finance, planning director of DuPont Center for Continuous Business Improvement, director of finance of DuPont Chemicals and vice president and general manager of DuPont Nylon, North America.
A member of the board of directors of Talbots Inc. and Quest Diagnostics Inc., Pfeiffer is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.

April 26 - William Starbuck, ITT Professor of Creative Management at New York University's Stern School of Business.
