There will be a planned campus-wide outage of all Information Technology (IT) services beginning at exactly 10 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 27, and continuing until 8 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 28.

The purpose of the outage is to allow for the replacement of critical electrical equipment that caused the outage to the University's data center on Monday, Jan. 24.

As soon as power is restored to the University data center, the Office of Computing and Communications Services will focus first on making the services available that are necessary for instruction and to meet the requirements for 8 a.m. classes. Please understand that if the power outage extends beyond the scheduled time or technical issues arise, OCCS cannot guarantee that services will be available at 8 a.m.
