FM 99 APOLOGIZES ON AIR FOR INCORRECT CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT

WNOR-FM news personality Nicki Reed apologized on air this morning for incorrectly announcing that Old Dominion University was closed today due to the weather. With so many closing announcements, Reed said that she mistook an announcement for Old Donation to be the university. After her apology, morning co-hosts Tommy and Rumble jokingly offered for Reed to take class notes for any students who had missed class because of the mistake.
