LEARN TO RELAX AT "THURSDAY MEETING OF THE MIND AND BODY," STARTING FEB. 2
Has the new year already gotten hectic? Do you need to carve out a little time for yourself to get calm and centered? Then a new program offered by the Office of Counseling Services just may be for you.
Open to faculty, staff and students, Thursday Meeting of the Mind and Body will help participants explore different kinds of relaxation methods, including meditation, yoga and expressive art. The free drop-in sessions will take place from 12:30-1:30 p.m. every Thursday this semester, starting Feb. 2, at the Office of Counseling Services, located in the North Mall of Webb Center. Registration is not required.
Staff members from the Counseling Center and the recreational sports office will lead the sessions.
