FLAGS LOWERED IN ANDREWS' MEMORY
Virginia and Old Dominion University flags are flying half-staff in memory of former Sen. Hunter B. Andrews, who died Friday at his home in Hampton.
He is survived by his wife, the former Cynthia Bentley Collins; a daughter, Bentley, and two grandsons. Mr. Andrews was predeceased by his son, Booker.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John's Episcopal Church in Hampton. The State Senate has postponed its Monday session from noon until 2 p.m. to allow senators to attend.
