The Women's Institute for Leadership Development (W.I.L.D.), sponsored by the women's center, offers leadership skills to all students currently enrolled at Old Dominion University.

Since 1996, W.I.L.D. at Old Dominion has been dedicated to building community among members and refining essential leadership skills. The program provides students the opportunity to network with other student leaders and professional women.

The institute incorporates theory and practice and is divided into seven modules, and students who are accepted must attend all modules. For the spring semester, sessions will take place on Mondays in March and February from 2-4 p.m.

Applications for the spring 2006 semester are online at http://studentservices.odu.edu/wc/programs_wild.html and must be completed by 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25.
