STUDENT ACTIVITIES STAFF NAMED TO NATIONAL POSTS

Two employees of Old Dominion University's Office of Student Activities and Leadership recently were named to positions with national organizations.

Kelly Jo Karnes has been selected as the 2006 conference coordinator for the Association of Fraternity Advisors Annual Meeting in Hollywood, Calif. The 2006 meeting will be held in New Orleans Nov. 29-Dec. 3, 2006. She will work with a committee of nine chairs to produce the five-day conference. She will serve as the conference coordinator-elect for 2005.

Nicole Kiger has been selected as the showcase selection coordinator for the National Association of Campus Activities 2005 South Regional Conference, which will be held in Chatanooga, Tenn. She will coordinate the selection of the entertainment for the regional conference.
