FLAGS LOWERED FOR TSUNAMI VICTIMS

Flags on the Old Dominion University campus have been lowered in honor of victims of the Indian Ocean Earthquake and the resulting Tsunamis in Southeast Asia.

President George W. Bush Sunday ordered that all American flags fly at half-staff at public grounds and buildings throughout the United States and its territories and possessions through sundown Friday, Jan. 7.
