Affirmative Action Plan
The Affirmative Action Plan, (AAP) is a document that explains the University's commitment to enforcing its equal opportunity policy, by taking positive, results-oriented steps to decrease the underutilization of minorities and women in employment and enrollment. It describes goals and strategies for recruiting, selecting and retaining employees and students. The Institutional Equity and Diversity Office is responsible for developing the AAP, and monitoring its implementation in the University's operations.
