ANNOUNCEMENT

March 8-10, 2013
ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM SCHEDULED UNAVAILABILITY DUE TO SYSTEM UPGRADE -- updated 3/1/2013
The Banner system will be taken offline to perform an upgrade on Friday March 8 at 5pm. The upgrade is expected to be complete on Sunday March 10 by 6pm.

The Banner upgrade will bring new functionality to the system as well as take advantage of product enhancements and allow for Monarch-Key authentication for the system.

During this planned outage, the following administrative computing systems will be unavailable:

  • Banner
  • LEO Online*: including online verification and transcript requests, course registration transactions  (drop/add/withdraw) and posting, changing or uploading of grades 
  • TouchNet*
  • DegreeWorks

During the downtime, we cannot process PIN resets, verification requests, requests for official or unofficial transcripts, or registration transactions or grade changes.

*Online transcript requests and associated payments will be unavailable from 5pm March 8 until Monday morning March 11 due to a TouchNet web services upgrade.  

Effective March 11, 2013, Banner users will log into Banner with their MIDAS ID and password. All Banner users who have not changed the MIDAS password since January 7, 2013 will need to do so prior to March 1, 2013 so you are compliant before the Monarch-Key integration is complete and your access to Banner is affected.
