CONSORTIUM ENROLLMENT FORM

Old Dominion University will register a student for courses at consortium institutions if the student presents a properly signed Tidewater Consortium Student Cross-Registration Form listing the course or courses to be taken. The Cross-Registration Form must be signed by the Registrar and advisor of the home institution before the host institution can approve the request.

This form is NOT available online. Students who wish to cross register must obtain the form from the Registrar's Office (or the home institution if applicable), Rollins Hall, on the main campus.

Registration for courses at any consortium institutions must be done through the Office of the University Registrar, Rollins Hall. Some host institutions require students to hand carry the Consortium Registration Form to them to complete the registration process. Others allow Old Dominion University to mail the forms for final processing.

Students are advised that grades earned for these courses are usually released two to three weeks later than those earned for courses taken at the home institution. The grades are transmitted automatically to the home institution, after all grades have been posted.
