Fees





The fee for each official transcript is $5.00 per transcript requested. There is no charge for unofficial transcripts. Payment in advance is required before transcripts will be sent.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  • in person at the Cashier's Office, Rollins Hall second floor
  • check or money order payable to Old Dominion University, mailed with the written request (do not send cash)
  • credit card information provided on the Transcript Request Form.

If you are requesting expedited delivery for your transcript(s), please provide a personal Federal Express account number on your request form.

The fee for transcripts requested through LEO Online must be paid for with a credit card. Expedited delivery (Federal Express or UPS) is available for a flat fee of $30 per delivery address. All fees for transcripts ordered through LEO Online must be paid with a credit card at the time your transcripts are ordered.
