Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, received an M.S. in Sports Leadership and Administration in 2007 from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management in 2005 from Hofstra University. Previously she was Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Indiana University.

Ms. Shanette Alston

Assistant Director of Athletic Ticketing, received a Masters in Adult and Higher Education in 2010 from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Sport Administration in 2008 from the University of Louisville. Previously she was Event Marketing and Ticketing Intern at the University of Notre Dame Athletic Department.

Mr. Marc Bacote

Assistant Defensive Coach-Defensive Backs, received a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2008 from James Madison University. Previously he assisted with Player Development in the football program at Rutgers University.

Karen Barefoot

Head Women's Basketball Coach, received a B.S. in Recreation and Leisure Studies in 1995 from Christopher Newport University. Previously she was Head Basketball Coach at Elon University and Assistant Basketball Coach at Old Dominion University.

Mr. Kenneth L. Brown

Senior Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations, received a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University, a Master's in Educational Administration from Xavier University and a B.S. in Mathematics from Eastern Kentucky University. Previously he was Athletics Director at Lambuth University and Deputy Athletic Director at Ball State University.

Mr. Christopher D. Crouch

Director of Football Operations, received an M.S. in Health and Physical Education in 2005 from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Health and Physical Education in 2003 from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Previously he was Interim Director of Football Operations and Director of Athletic Camps at Old Dominion University.

Mr. William A. Dee

Assistant Offensive Coach Offensive Line, received a B.S. in Special Education in 1975 from Mansfield State College. Previously he was an Assistant Football Coach at Christopher Newport University.

Mr. Chris Finwood

Head Baseball Coach, received a B.A. in English in 1988 from Virginia Military Institute. Previously was Head Baseball Coach at Western Kentucky University and Assistant Baseball Coach at Auburn University and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ms. Lori Friel

Athletic Academic Advisor, received an M.S. in Sport and Leisure Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Nevada. Previously she was Director of Academic Services at the University of Nevada.

Mr. Daniel Garbutt

Head Women's Rowing Coach, received an Associate Bachelor's degree in History in 2001 from Princeton University. Previously he was First Assistant Women's Rowing Coach and Interim Head Women's Rowing Coach at Old Dominion University.

Ms. Adrienne Goodson

Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, received a B.S. in Marketing Education in 1989 from Old Dominion University. Previously she was a Training Supervisor at AMG Performance Training and an Assistant Basketball Coach at Old Dominion University.

Ms. Mary A. Jordan

Tennis Facility Center Director, received a B.S. in Physical Education and Health Education in 1984 from Illinois State University. Previously she was Acting Tennis Facility Center Director at the Folkes Stevens Tennis Center at Old Dominion University.

Mr. Tim LaVigne

Assistant Baseball Coach, received a B.A. in American Politics in 2000 from the University of Virginia. Previously he was Assistant Baseball Coach/Pitching Coach at Old Dominion University and a Professional Baseball Player for the Mets, Yankees and Astros organizations.

Mr. Michael A. Lucey

Assistant Rowing Coach, received a B.A. in Political Science in 2005 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Previously he was First Assistant Women's Rowing Coach at Old Dominion University.

Mr. Dominic Manilla

Head Women's Tennis Coach, received a B.A. in History in 2007 from Old Dominion University. Previously he was a Tennis Professional at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy in New York City and Assistant Men's Tennis Coach at Old Dominion University.

Mr. Thomas J. McConnell

Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 1984 from Point Park College. Previously he was Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Colorado.

Mr. Merrill Morgan, Jr.

Assistant Director of Compliance, received a B.S. in Business with a major in Accounting in 2010 from Virginia Commonwealth University. Previously he was Compliance and Administration Intern for the Colonial Athletic Association.

Ms. Antoaneta Neykova

Associate Head Women's Tennis Coach, received an M.A. in Sport Studies/Athletic Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration/ Economics, in 2006 and 2002 respectively, from the University of Iowa. Previously she was Assistant Tennis Coach at the College of William and Mary.

Mr. Karl T. Nonemaker

Assistant Baseball Coach, received a B. S. in Human and Organizational Development in 2002 from Vanderbilt University. Previously he was Assistant Baseball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Monmouth University.

Mr. Aljosa Piric

Head Men's Tennis Coach, received a degree in Business Administration/Management Systems in 2000 from the University of Richmond. Previously he was Assistant Men's Tennis Coach at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ms. Laura C. Ratz

Assistant Women's Rowing Coach, received a B.A. in Economics in 2008 from Washington College. Previously she was a Graduate Assistant Rowing Coach at the University of Delaware.

Ms. Carol Robertson

Head Women's Golf Coach, received an M.S. in Sport Management in 2007 from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Public Administration in 2005 from James Madison University. Previously she was Men's and Women's Assistant Golf Coach at Old Dominion University and Interim Head Women's Golf Coach.

Mr. Andrew B. Rowdon

Assistant Athletic Director for Marking, received an M.A. in Kinesiology in 2005 from California State University at Long Beach and a B.A. in History in 2002 from Virginia Tech. Previously he was Assistant Director of Marketing for the Men's Basketball program at Louisiana State University.

Mr. Richard Sanon

Athletic Academic Advisor, received a Master of Sports Leadership in 2010 from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Sport Management in 2008 from Lasell College. Since 2009, he has been Assistant Academic Counselor at the University of Nebraska.

Ms. Sarah R. Teachey

Director of Women's Basketball Operations, received an M.S. in Kinesiology in 2001 from the University of New Hampshire and a B.S. in Health and Sports Studies in 1999 from Miami University of Ohio. Previously she was Director of Marketing in the Department of Athletics at California State University, Fresno.

Ms. Nicole Turner

Assistant Athletic Business Manager, received a B.S. in Psychology in 2009 from Old Dominion University. Previously she was a Procurement Officer at Old Dominion University and a part-time Bookkeeper for Ayers Plumbing and Repairs.

Mr. Drew Williamson

Director of Men's Basketball Operations, received a B.S. in Sports Management in 2007 from Old Dominion University. Previously he was a Sales/Management Trainee for Hertz, a Personal Basketball Trainer and played professional basketball in Germany.
