Dr. Gwen Lee-Thomas

Assistant to the President and Provost for Special Projects, received a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and an M.Ed. in Curriculum, Instruction and Media Technology, in 1999 and 1996 respectively, from Indiana State University and a B.A. in Office Management in 1984 from Southeastern Louisiana University. Previously she was an Assistant Professor of Educational Foundations and Leadership at Old Dominion University.

Ms. Pamela E. Jackson

Interim Director of Institutional Equity and Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action, received a Bachelor's in Business Administration in 2001 from Averett University. Previously she was a Senior Equal Opportunity Officer and Investigator at Old Dominion University.

Mr. James C. Raper

Editor, Monarch Magazine, received a B.A. in Journalism in 1971 from the University of Richmond. Since 1992, he has been a free lance writer and editor for the Virginian-Pilot. Since 2005, he has been a media relations specialist/science writer in University Relations and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of English at Old Dominion University.
