BOOKING INFORMATION
Use of the Virginia Beach Higher Education Center by an outside agency is permitted under specific guidelines in accordance with the University's educational mission. Applications are reviewed and approval decisions determined after the 2nd week of each semester. Fees may apply.
We adhere to the Old Dominion University Academic Calendar. Our hours of operation are available for you to view on the VBHEC Calendar (PDF).
If you are interested in booking a special event, please read the VBHEC Facility Usage Agreement, complete a Room & Media Application (see Forms page) and return by fax to (757) 368-4109 or email cvecerka@odu.edu.
