Dr. Juergen Kolb arranged a Workshop on Bioelectrics, which was held in conjunction with this year's IEEE International Conference on Electrical Insulation and Dielectric Phenomena (CEIDP 2009) in Virginia Beach, VA. The concept and applications of Bioelectrics were presented by faculty of the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics. We could welcome an audience from around the world (United Kingdom, India, Japan, New Zealand and the USA) and introduce them both to fundamental aspects and discuss the newest results of our work. The topic and the talks were enthusiastically received and highly praised by attendees and speakers. The interested response demonstrates once more the growing interest and potential of the subject.
