Media Release Consent

As a form of signature check 'YES' below stating: I give permission to be filmed/photographed/interviewed by the media during this conference and herby authorize the use of image/photograph/voice for promotional and educational purposes (including but not limited to brochures, booklets, videotapes, reports, press releases, web sites, and exhibits).

The Hampton Roads Conference for Girls and Young Women was developed to educate and empower young women to become productive citizens. For one day, participants will be exposed to people, ideas and opportunities that will build leadership skills, facilitate career development and promote active and healthy lifestyles.
