Global Monarch Club Mentor Application Spring 2013

Please complete the Global Monarch Club mentor application form if you would like to join the club.

Please Note that:

1. The mentor must be enrolled,during the semester in which they wish to provide services.
2. The mentor must have been an ODU student for at least 1 full semester.
3. The undergraduate mentor must have and maintain at least 2.5 GPA, and the graduate mentor must have and maintain at least 3.00 GPA during the time of service.

OIR conducts a brief interview with mentor candidates prior to their enrollment. Interviews are required. Please select an interview time during business hours that would work best for you. We will attempt to accommodate your time choice. Interviews are held at the Office of Intercultural Relations, 2114 Webb Center. Selecting an interview time here confirms that you report to the appointment.
