Michael Brown brings a broad range of experience to the counseling sessions to aid his clients. Before becoming a counselor, many years in the world of business allow Michael insight to assist in a diversity of cultural and life experience types. As a counselor, he brings the know-how and a passion for couples dealing with substance use issues, as well as relationship challenges. Erin Kurtz is a 4th-year doctoral student in the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology. Clinical interests include trauma and stress, anxiety disorders, depression, and identity development. She has worked in several college counseling centers and the VA medical center and enjoys working with individuals and couples who are young adults and adults.
Brad Carmichael is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Resident in Counseling practicing in both community agency and private practice settings. He has experience working with individuals, groups, and couples and is interested in substance abuse, chronic mental illness, and trauma.
