Hampton Roads Youth Wind Ensemble
June 1, 2008 - Sunday
4:00 PM - Chandler Recital Hall

The Hampton Roads Youth Wind Ensemble was created in 1999 by its director, Victor Hugo, a Community Music Academy faculty member, to provide an advanced performance outlet for area high school wind and percussion students. This 50-piece ensemble closes its season with this concert in June. The ensemble provides an opportunity for talented young people to learn and work with others who share the same devotion toward music. Our enthusiastic staff mentors students through sectionals and lessons, providing quality opportunities for musical achievement.
