I am looking for multiple (2 or 3) Ph.D./MS students to start in Fall 2011 or Spring 2012.   Students will be working on Video Tracking, Computer Vision, Intelligent Systems, Statistical Analysis, and Robotics related projects. Preference will be given to candidates who already have Master degrees in related fields (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc), and are familiar with Chaos Theory or Lie Algebra.  Exceptional undergraduate students with considerable research experience and strong math background may also be considered.  A prospective Ph.D. student is strongly encouraged to read at least one of my papers listed here and indicate in the email (1) what he/she would like to do for his/her doctoral research with Chaos Theory or Lie Algebra, and (2) how her/his proposed applications relates to my research.  Students with interesting research plans and strong math background will be given the highest preference.
