Research

Most of my research involves student and faculty collaborators organized into the Organization Research Group (ORG). I prefer to do research that is embedded in organization theory yet is practical enough to solve organization problems. I involve students in virtually all of my research projects, often as paid graduate research assistants. I've listed below some recent publications that represent the variety of my work. You can see a complete list of publications, keynote and invited addresses, and presentations to professional societies if you look at my CV.
