Teaching

I teach to four different groups of people: undergraduate students, graduate students, managers and executives, and members of the community. I take seriously the goal of the American Psychological Association to "give away" psychology so I go beyond the university community to spread psychological knowledge and practice. My experience teaching to each of these groups shapes the manner in which I approach all of them. For example, my work with managers and executives informs my teaching of undergraduate and graduate students, and I often involve graduate students in my teaching to managers and executives.
