Technology is described by many as the application of science to industrial and commercial objectives. Others consider technology to be the machines, process, methods, materials, tools, and devices applied to industrials and commercial objectives. All descriptions of technology note that the primary uses of technology are industrial and commercial, while other uses of technology are for military, health, and safety objectives. Given the uses of technology and its impact on individuals and society, keep a journal entry of the major topics discussed. The Journal entries should describe key technical concepts and their related individual and career potentials.
