Analyzing Data Purpose After conducting
field research, researchers have to determine what all the data they have
collected means. This process involves returning to one's starting point–the
research questions–and using the data to answer those questions.
Of course, ten different individual researchers can, at this point, come to ten different conclusions. Therefore, one should also reflect upon their process and consider anything that may have skewed one's results. And one should decide what they could
have done to yield more valid or useful results. Discussion–Analyzing Field Research Results Using the Analyzing Field Research Data Table, we will discuss strategies for creating meaning from the research you did.
