Delivery

Purpose

As we work on completing the Final Text, you will want to think about issues of delivery–how you will get your message to your target audience. Likewise you will want to think about how this will affect other audiences.

Freewrite–Reflective Write

For fifteen minutes, use the principles of rhetoric and genre to explain the composition of your Audience Research Memo. In other words, use this opportunity to explain to your instructor the deliberate decisions you made to compose this text. You can do this by hand or type it out.

Discussion–Delivery

We will begin by discussing:

• What is delivery?
• What issues do we need to think about when we consider delivery?

Tutorial–iMovie

By yourself or working with others (two or three), use the files the instructor provides to work through the tutorial on iMovie.
