First Day in Town During most of the day we went to Portabello road, a HUGE flea market selling anything & everything you could think of. Picked up some souvenirs for the family and some stuff for myself as well!

Today was also our first day riding the tube, which is much like our subway systems in America just a lot more stops & places to go!

Also, the legal drinking age in London, England is 18 AAAYYEEE!

The Victoria & Albert museum (V&A) was one of the most beautiful museums I’ve ever had the pleasure of exploring. So many different mediums and technologies all crafted beautifully an uniquely. |

This is the plaque at the beginning of the famous Wibbly Wobbly Bridge, crossing the river Thames. We crossed over the bridge many times to get to different sites. This particular time we crossed the Wibbly Wobbly to get to the Globe Theatre

The Globe Theatre that stands in London today is a remodeling of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre from the 1500s. The structure is the only building in London with a thatch roof. They do plays strictly as they believe they were done in Shakespeare’s day, Rain or shine, every summer.

It was exciting to see her, and all the other Harry Potter fans enjoy the museum. It was also very interesting to see the amount of detail and work that was put into the films.

Coming from a television program in high school where we produced a news program everyday, it was exciting to see the full BBC studio in action. The unique way of departments working side by side struck me the most and seems to keep them ahead of the curve as a leading world news source

Covet Garden had many shops, many live musicperformers and also many street magic performers. It was an almost overwhelming experience. But amazingTo see people making a living by truly just their talents. |

The Backstage Tour at the Royal Theatre was informative, fun, and even a little bit spooky, our tour guides took us through an exciting history of the Theatres and all the characters that have been involved with the theatre throughout the years.

On Wednesday we had the morning free, so my classmate. Sage & I went to the Tate Modern Museum. In the museum there were many pieces from contemporary artists as well as history makers like my personal favorite artist, Salvador Dali. | |
On the way back from the National Theatre Tour, we stopped to find Jimi Hendrix’s home

In the evening, our class and many of the Sherlock Holmes class enjoyed the very popular, very moving production of Les Miserables. |

Thursday we went to Stonehenge, luckily the weather was nice and it was a beautiful day!

After Stonehenge we were off to bath where we went to a costume design Museum that was quaint and surprisingly interactive. We then headed to the roman bath to soak up some ancient roman culture .

Our last play in London was 39 steps, a very hilarious play that was quicker than the other two! The theater was super intimate as well! of the guards! Afternoon tea was at the top of the national picture gallery; the tea and treats were delicious! |
