Identical Topographic Features
Many distinctive topographical features such as mountain ranges or glaciated areas can be traced across ocean basins. These features are unique and have been found on the edges of multiple continents. This suggests that the continents, and hence the topographical features, were once joined.
Topographical features can be traced from South America to Africa and Antarctica suggesting that they were once joined.
